Unless otherwise agreed in writing these conditions will govern all contracts for the sale of the Company’s goods or the supply of its services. Any qualification or modification of these Conditions and any other conditions
which the Customer may seek to impose will not apply unless expressly accepted by the Frontier Pitts Middle East in writing.
