- The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property, of the Company as legal and equitable owner until such time as the Customer has paid the Company the agreed price in full.
- The Company may for the purpose of recovery of the Company’s goods or equipment enter upon any premises where they are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may re-poses the goods or equipment.
- Until such time as title in any goods or equipment passes to the Customer, they will be stored on the Customer’s premises separately from the Customer’s own goods or those of any other person and in a manner which makes
them readily identifiable as the Frontier Pitts Middle East’s goods and equipment. - The Customer acknowledges that upon delivery the Customer is in possession of the goods and equipment solely as a fiduciary for the Company and that whilst the Customer is licensed by the Company to sell the goods this
is subject to the express condition that the entire proceeds of sale are held in trust for the Company and are not mingled with other monies or paid into any overdrawn bank account and shall be at all times identifiable
as the Company’s monies.
